In December 2022, I became the leader of some victims scammed by an exchange. In February 2023 I created a non-profit association and together we paid a lawyer to get our money back.

The victims of the AAX exchange preferred liquidation to class action but the liquidation will not allow them to recover their money and they have become demoralized. The only alternative is to ask for a court order, search for our $30 million on the blockchain and ask the exchange's insurance companies for the missing money. It all seems simple but victims want:
- a competent team of professionals that guarantees an excellent probability of success
- recover their money
- don't pay anything
We all know that work must be paid and that a team of lawyers, investigators and liquidators put their skills to good use in exchange for money.
These were the problems. For every problem there is a solution... and I think I've found it.
From capitalism to socialism
I started with cryptocurrencies because I was a capitalist. Then I saw the suffering generated by capital and now I prefer to be a socialist. We must evolve!
Crypto Defender is the first project in the history of humanity where capital serves people instead of exploiting their labor, and as a positive side effect, that service generates profit.
The profit generated is entirely divided between DAO members, workers and investors of the organization, based on the work performed and the amount of tokens owned. The figure of the capitalist disappears because the interest of a group of people prevails over the interest of the individual, capitalism no longer has any reason to exist. This is blockchain: free association without borders.
Crypto defender
Crypto Defender organizes the defense of victims of crypto crime in the world of blockchain, defends them in the real world in the judicial/extrajudicial phase and generates profit from the recovery of stolen sums or compensation for damages. Lawyers, investigators and any other professionals will be paid by Crypto Defender, crime victims will pay nothing!
The project is implemented through the construction of a stablecoin fund. The DAO will vote on which lawsuits to fund and spend money from the fund to hire professionals to go to court.
Victory will earn a success fee which will be divided among DAO members.
Finally, every investor who contributes to the construction of the fund will obtain passive interest.
There will be 2 airdrops as soon as the team is built and the code for token distribution is completed.
