Haha yeah, I try to stay away boring people. I'm not often certain people actually read the comments but it's nice to drop one in.
I have seen @traciyork thats how I learned of the Hive PUD but I have no idea how it works also with time zones etc. I try, we'll see how it goes.
I recently got more engaged with discords the issue I find is they often just get flooded with post dumps. I will go through and upvite people but other than the main gang other users don't tend to upvote.
I've delegated to @featheredfriends its a great community where I can share my passion for birds. As I grow I am planning on delegating out to other communities. I've had the most growth from them so I want to help them out too.
If this ever goes anywhere (I'm quite skeptical as I think something newer and better will come out) then we will cross that bridge when it happens.
I think as soon as a platform interface like FB or Insta arrives it will take over. I've been following ecency and it looks like a great model. Makes it a bit mainstream.
This sort of layout is hard if you're not into blogging or use a smartphone as I do.
Anyway mate, good night and perhaps one day I will match you in Hive and Leo and what ever else emerges and we can light up the platform helping people grow. Or the tax man gets me.....

Timing wise, if you do your post (with the #HivePUD as one of your first five) and power up during the hours of the first your local time, you should be good.
To also qualify for a Hive Buzz badge, just make sure your power up is also during the hours of the first UTC time. If you check the Hive Buzz website, under the "Challenges" tab, they have a countdown timer running the week before PUD, which switches to the hours left in PUD on the first. Not a problem :) I originally created this handle in 2018 for my wife and me to blog about the Western suburbs of Melbourne and showcase our awesomeness. But it has morphed into something more than that and a great way to learn about other countries, cultures and people.
I'm waiting for PUD day to become a dolphin so I am anxiously waiting for it, long time coming.

I see Traci has replied to you about the workings of HivePUD already so will let you liaise with her on that - the posts she uses to introduce with are pretty informative in any case!
Discord... yeah, I barely check any more, would rather comment on stuff and there's way too much drama that goes on there, I stay away from that!
Oh nice! I've not come across Feathered Friends, not my area of expertise but glad you've found it and good call on delegating to other communities. It's a good way to both support them and earn tokens to go with it so help others and help yourself - abundance mindset, love it here!
You might be right about something newer coming, maybe if that Libra thing ever kicks off it might blow everything else out the water but we'll see how it goes - they've had many issues from what I gather!
Another mobile app is dapplr and I think peakd are coming up with their own mobile app soon too but I try to limit my smart phone use. I'm in front a PC most of the time anyway but I'm "old school" like that haha!
