The Failed Factional Hit How Many Does It take to Take Out A Nurse? Not Enough
If you been following a long with the events unfolding on the City Of Melton, then this political opinion piece will blow your mind. The events we raise today go far beyond your typical factional battles and speak to a more larger toxic culture creeping through the Victorian Labor Branch.
It is important to note, that like all organisations the Victorian Labor party is divided into branches and not all branches are involved, many remain focused to their commitment and values to their respective communities.
People have also further long suspected that something is murking under the curtain within the Western Suburbs of Melton, many have come across the machine but very few have withstood the blows, the shadow games and the political assassination. Until Now, A single nurse stands tall amongst the fray and the political might of not just local warlords but the Premier herself.
The attacks have been so severe that we will be unable to cover all the elements in a single article so we will be producing a number of articles to cover the background factional grounds and the events that have seen Victoria Police and Australia's judicial system brought into the battle. Fortunately, In Australia the judicial system does not engage in political battles nor does it take lightly to those who agitate political disputes through the courts.
Western Warlords
Let's start local shell we with the local motley crew starting with the disgraced former Australian Workers Union Secretary Cesar Melhem who was fined 20,000 for breaking fair work act where companies provided the union financial payments for memberships while he was head of the union. You might be wondering why he would take money, let's just say in politics some players have learned that you can bypass being a good candidate to represent Victorian's by simply gaming the system and increasing numbers. This is what is referred to as branch stacking.
But calling it branch stacking lessons what it actually is as the act undermines democracy as ballots are conducted to pre select the next MP. The more votes someone has just like any election, they win. If we want to address branch stacking and corruption with Labor then we need to stop lessoning the crime. It is interference with a democratic process reducing an election to nothing more than a communist dictatorship where real people have no change. As a result, our parliament is impacted by having people who real people didn't vote for but rather, fake votes. If this happened in a general election, the AEC and VEC would be all over the people involved. As the action within political parties does effect parliament, the AEC and VEC should be involved and investigating these incidents.
Despite Cesar's conviction, the disgraced former union head has been allowed to maintain not only he's Labor membership. But also he's political power. A Sacrilege to the local western suburbs and to the vision and values that underpin Labor itself. He also holds a position called PCOS which means he has a direct say in who the next member of parliament will be.
Next in our corner and in the same branch with Cesar Melhem (Kororoit) we have Umburto Mamarella who was sentenced following an IBAC investigation for fraudulent activities in an electoral office and giving false evidence to IBAC. Again, Vic Labor Branch turns a blind eye on the crimes committed and party rule breaches and the discredit brought to the Labor movement and retain him as not just a member, but a splinter cell of the Socialist Left directly linked to Jacinta Allan's crew.
Cesar oversees Natalie Hutchins as what we can refer to as a "handler" as the Melhem Crew control the Sydenham branch and Umburto manages Steve McGhie MP in the seat of Melton. Which as we all know Justin Mammarella was initially pre-selected for. This local stability agreement between the two opposing groups have an separate stability agreement to not combat each other, but will often team up and combat any local even independents to ensure they retain the seats.
Socialist Left Factional Boss
Let's move up the SL factional chain where we start to link Jacinta Allan's crew to the western suburbs, Umburto and Justin Mammarella do often speak with Lilly D'Ambrosio MP Mill Park Legislative Assembly. This is where things really start to show how a Nurse is standing up to the big political machine and inflicting carnage on factional warlords and their bosses.
Reported in The Australian Other frontbenchers speculated to be considering their futures include Energy Minister Lily D’Ambrosio and Minister for Government Services, Treaty and First Peoples, Natalie Hutchins. This is important in the grand scheme of things as it indicates Victorian Labor Branch and Jacinta Allan is aware of the issues impacting myself and my partner.
It is also important to note, when Victoria Police recently arrested me I was pulled aside and Cesar Melhem was raised to me by a current serving Victoria Police officer. I chuckled and said I can't afford to be intimidated by wannabe gangsters and criminals That will be on their body cam footage if they were recording.
We won't delve too much into the local government inspectorate and the department of government services as I am currently in talks with the agencies.
Lilly D'Ambrosio is one of the power brokers (different to warlords) keeping Jacinta in power. For those in the know, you will be wondering what the. Because there is another SL group linked and an MP. But for now, we will keep them out of the fray. I have already informed them that I will never speak to them again for what they have done to Ash. I did sense remorse in their action. So for that, we will give them time to come to their senses. But arguably, this persons involvement is most damaging as it goes to the heart of many Victorian's and workers. To remain silent as the things they stand for and know are occurring undermines everything they have built and every press conference and fight they have stood for.
Whose backing Cesar? No Federal AWU is not supportive of Cesar and he is fast losing support which is why Hutchins is being retired including Steve McGhie.
The Elements that Should have every Australian up in arms
This next element I can't provide full detail on as matters are currently before the courts but Ministers, MPs, Labor Secretary, Steve Staikos, Local Gov Minister Steve Staikos (yes they're related) City Of Melton have what appear to be implicated in the misuse of their positions.
Most recent discussions is politicians and council did not know they were beholden to FOI requests which has put me in a position of advantage and as council itself raises. It knows about the litigation and is refusing to release documents as they will be put into the world at large.
The question that everyone needs to ask, what is it that the council and councillors and MPs have written about me in official channels that they are not comforatable releasing, why would they be talking about a current sitting councillors partner internally?
Well, this I have some answers as one does not hold presidential positions within Labor that they didn't branch stack for. Everything Ash and I have built we have built WITH the community, WITH rank and file and WITH unions. We believe in democracy not supremacy.
We have it on record that the Vic Labor Branch Secretary and relative of Local Government Minister Nick Staikos, Steve Staikos was phoning Labor members who are my friends in other states informing them he would be getting the fixated persons unit on me. We have further FOI showcasing a minister going back time and time again to Parlimantary Security Services trying to deem me a threat. Further FOI's show them saying that I am not and the matters are personality clashes. At that point Victoria Police is thrown under the bus with Security Services throwning the minister under the bus raising "you stated you made enquires with police and they are investigating".
This aligns with the time line of Victoria Police misleading the courts in vexatious PSIOs that the magistrates courts are granting revocation for. Victoria Police have already been informed my domestic rights are not being met but yet they continue to ignore legislation and pursue Labor Ministerial direction.
We can also see who we believe to be Nick Staikos the local government minister directing the Department of Government Services, Local Government to prioritise arbitration complaints against Cr Vandenberg to have her removed. This coincides with further internal Labor Party communication and witness statements that told us this was happening and going to happen before he acted.
Which we informed the department of, yet the department fails to report it's minister to IBAC.
Victoria Police, Melton Council and the Victorian Government has just been embroiled in my opinion, the largest corruption scandal by taking orders from Labor factions to harass and charge a current sitting elected representatives partner in a bid to impact her.
Why?
You might be wondering why, why go to all this trouble for one person?
We'll there is more than one why in this story with multiple players breaching multiple rules which has caused a group of political misfits to come together. As we were moving close to pre-selection they were worried about past incidents resurfacing and Ash, a Registered Nurse was being put forward for the seat of Melton in which we have official correspondance.
It is my political opinion that a group of angry power hungry men decided to attack another woman with the aid of Victoria Police.
We will leave the story here but make sure to follow along as we expose more of the rot that has been allowed to grow like a cancer within the Victorian Labor Branch.

IF you are trying to force government authority onto others you are trying force an illegitimate authority onto your neighbors.
