Math Easy Solutions, you’re right: the standard term is 20/20 vision, which means normal visual acuity at 20 feet, not “50/50” (AOA, AAO). “Perfect vision” is a sloppy phrase anyway, because eyesight involves more than acuity, but in normal conversation 20/20 is the accepted benchmark (Vision Center).
