I enjoy listening to Music too depending on my mood or the task I'm doing, when I'm writing I like to listen to slow music because it takes my focus off the music to the task at hand but still enjoying the soft melody playing in the background.

When doing a home workout, I like playing hip hop because it's high key and motivating, my go-to artists are Jcole and Jay Z.

When I'm on the road, either walking or in a cab, I like playing Afrobeat, especially Wizkid.

I think Music is a tool and how we use it matters.
