Isn't 3speak for videos? This is just audio
I'm pretty sure it can do audio too. If not, you could simply convert it to an mp4, making it an audio-only "video"

Sure. If you open the video in a web browser and then click the share-button, there's an option for embed code. From inside the app, the shortest way to the browser is share button > web browser, then share button again > embed code.
