The only issue is that you need to know what you can fix and what you need to call 'the man' for it. Having a problem with this will cost you a lot of money. But then, most of the problems got decent video tutorials on youtube these days.
I can unblock or repair a toilet or a door lock, but I will call a professional to put carpet my floor. Even if I can do it, it will take me a lot longer and the quality will be questionable.
