Only if there is a demand from people at large and there is a unanimous voice among the HP holders to vote this proposal.
i have no hope for top-down proposal, but I am sure if a bottom-up voice gains traction it will be a reality.
You are right. I enjoyed using that tool for free under stem*t. I hope a dev team would take it up here.
