The energy renovation public service plans to add a new system accessible in 2023.
Have you decided to embark on the energy renovation of your home? My Renov’ Coach assists you from the start of the project until delivery. First, he visits the home and carries out an energy audit. Then it helps you choose the most relevant interventions, to understand the quotes, to select professionals recognized as guarantors of the environment (RGE), to set up your financing plan and to take delivery of the site after having ensured the follow-up.
This is a device financed for households with very modest or modest incomes, according to the terminology and the resource ceilings of the National Housing Agency (ANAH). They will be assisted by a Renov’ guide in the case of a global renovation project or if the latter includes at least two work stations. On the other hand, nothing is planned for French people with intermediate or well-off incomes. If they use this service, they will have to pay for it.

++From 1 January 2023++, for all households benefiting from MaPrimeRénov’ Sérénité global renovation aid.
++From September 1 2023++, for all households who carry out work falling within the framework of the MaPrimRénov 'Global Renovation package and those who carry out a package of works (minimum two) entitling them to at least €10,000 in aid .
