Energy renovation⚡️

I have written previously on the subject of MaPrimeRenov’. This is about a complementary project to it:
A zero-rate eco-loan of up to 30,000 euros to finance its energy renovation work, paid by the National Housing Agency, ANAH. It is possible to contract this loan with Banques Populaires or Caisses d'Epargne, two networks of the BPCE group.
The procedures are simplified, there is no longer any need to provide quotes and invoices for the work, as well as the certificate of the companies that carried them out.
The applicant only has to prove that he benefits from MaPrimRenov' by presenting the notification of agreement from the ANAH. Named ''My eco-PTZ premium Renov'', this loan concerns the rest to be paid for what the owner is unable to assume financially, amount of MaPrimeRenov' deducted.
Insulation work, the change of the heating system for equipment running on renewable energy or an efficient renovation, are eligible. One exception, however, and it affects wealthy households. They can only claim MaPrimeRenov' for insulation work or a general renovation. Consequently, if their expense concerns a heating system, they will have no choice but to take out a classic zero-rate ecoloan, without taking advantage of the simplified procedures.

IMPORTANT: I am writing on different platforms, including my social media accounts and my own website. There is no platform getting exclusivity of my content, thank you.
