Exactly, you could even set them up for companies and pay people their salaries and they can move it to another account later but you as the companies can always have control and manage the payment account it’s great for auditing
I am not sure if it called masteraccount . But something similar. IF I loose my password that account is my recoveryaccount. But where .....I dont remember. It was a long time ago - or maybe was it only in steemit?

How do you set up a master account on HIVE?
