How are you all? I hope you are well. Today, I am sharing what I understood while simply doing my own market research, so that you also have a clear idea of what is really going on.
In the morning, I opened the chart and saw that Bitcoin had dropped below $90,000. At first, I was a little surprised, because when the price breaks like that, it means that there is pressure in the market. Then, gradually, I looked at the chart, volume, moving averages—and I saw that the real pressure came from the ‘death cross.’ This means that the short-term average price has fallen below the long-term average price, and this usually scares the market.
But I didn’t make a decision just by looking at this signal. I noticed that people’s reactions actually have a greater impact than the price. Many people start selling when they see a sudden drop, and that increases the pressure. I saw the fear of the market more in behaviour than in the chart. Some are panicking, while others are waiting for it to drop a little and buy.
When I saw the volume and funding rate, I felt that this was not a situation where the market would completely collapse, but rather a volatile time. In such a time, decisions have to be made with a cool head. I thought to myself that if you make a quick decision, there is a high chance of making a mistake, so it is better to observe the market a little now.
I see the current situation in this way: no one should make a wrong decision, even if they are suddenly scared. The price has dropped, but this does not mean that it is over. Whether the volume increases in the next few hours/days, how big traders are behaving, and whether any important news comes out – these things have to be seen. I always try to understand the future by giving the market small hints, and I am doing the same this time too.
Finally, what I understood is that the market is now standing somewhere between fear and opportunity. The one who looks at it with a cool head will see the opportunity, and the one who gives more importance to fear may make a hasty decision and regret it later.
