How to boost up your Collection Power on Splinterlands affordably

If low CP keeps frustrating your efforts, I have a secret to reveal to you, well maybe not a secret, but it’s a strategy I discovered, use and works as it is, I have a fairly good collection of cards, my CP peaks at gold tier 1.

If I wanted to increase my CP, what I’ll do is to load up on some specific cards that have a lot of collection power and come for cheap prices compared to other cards with the same amount of CP but have higher prices.

But first what is this CP for people who are still new to these Splinterlands lingos.

In Splinterlands, collection power (CP) is a measure of the overall strength of a player's card collection. It is calculated by adding up the total power of all the cards in a player's collection, with rarer and higher-level cards contributing more to the total. Players can use their collection power to compete in higher-level tournaments and leagues, and it is also used as a measure of a player's progress and success in the game.

The thing about this supposed secret is that you need an overall sturdy deck to battle in the big leagues and by that I mean Gold 1 tier leagues and above, if you apply this secret and your deck is low mid then you might acquire this CP, but you’ll however find it very difficult to win battles, this is why I always tell new players to focus on growing every aspect of their decks first, starting from their summoners before aiming to battle in big leagues.

So without any further ado, I introduce to you the mighty Igor Darkspear GF.

It’s an Epic Water Splinter card that presently costs about $14 and comes with a CP of 2500, and trust that many other cards in this price range don’t carry such huge amount of CP, this right here can dramatically increase the amount of CP one has for cheap, this card right here is gold! Literally and many don’t even know it. Instead of spending close to $100 on one card to get such CP, this card is a better alternative, load up about 10 of it and you’re sure to increase your CP.

Now, there might be others out there with high CP’s too and are perhaps cheaper than the Igor card that I probably don’t know about, but at the time I loaded up on them, they were cost about $7, now I think I should have gotten more seeing how their prices have doubled over time, I guess I’m probably not the only one who has figured this out.

So now that the cat has been let out of the bag, what are you going to do about it? Do you think it’s wise to load up on this card? Or low Cp doesn’t bother you?

The good thing is that the card works fine too so you’re not just holding it for CP, you’re also using it in battles
