Anti Bot Proposal
Everyone is talking about the anti bot proposal on Splinterlands, first thing, I hope people are actually voting as much as they’re talking, back to the matter, I’ve had my fair share of frustrations with bots, but I also understand why they were a welcomed part of the economy,
I’ve made my stance about this a while back, but in this post I will go over it again to make myself clear.
I for one believe everyone should have access to use bots, doesn’t make a lot of sense but, having a certain percentage of the population use bots and others not gives one part unfair competitive advantage over the other.
Fact is, everyone will opt to save time and maximize profit if they could and don’t have to be punished for it, which is why the idea of shifting bots to wild format would be better for everyone,

read more about the proposal here
let bot users remain in the wild while human players who enjoy human battles remain in Modern format, certainly it can also be gamified such that if a human player opts to battle in the wild format where there are bots, the human player should be rewarded more for winning, I’m just saying.
There’s no denying the fact that bots have a role to play, especially for the fact that they are the ones around 24hours of the day unlike human players so there has to be a middle ground where they can both coexist. This middle ground is what I hope this proposal will solve.
According to the image above, the proposal seems to be supported by a huge part of the community, it still has a few days to run so anything can still happen.
Brawling

It’s been two weeks since I ventured into Guilds and started brawling, my ass is still getting kicked but at least it’s more comfortable now lol, and I’ve actually been winning some battles too,
I think one exciting factor is that wining earns me $merits which I use to buy Gladius packs and some of those gladius cards are just too cool, so I’ve found myself wanting to win more,
one thing I’ve learnt is to arrive early to the frays so I can pick the fray that matches my deck quickly before it gets filled up, this was something I didn’t pay attention to when I first began to brawl, I just picked whatever fray wasn’t filled and submitted my cards.
Lessons learnt moving on, in my next post I’ll talk about my favorite Gladius cards so far, I’m not sure if the bloodmoon ability is common to all the Gladius cards, but that ability is exciting to watch in action. Until then folks.
Battle till you drop.
