DEC is currently priced at $0.00071
80% $DEC issuance decay
The image below is the list of prices precisely a month ago, the recent Splinterlands update on closing the DEC rewards in battle certainly made an impact on the tokens uptrend. 80% of DEC that gets printed will be stopped tomorrow. Bad side is, any potential DEC pump has extreme lower chances of pumping above the peg like we saw in the last SPL bull run so there’s only some upside left to gamble on.

But the good side is that any “overflowing” value will be directed to $SPS through the mint and burn mechanisms and quite interestingly, SPS is still hella cheap! For the past month, $SPS was the winner token in SPL economy. It hit a low of $0.038 and did 2.5X in the past month. Currently it’s at $0.057, still very undervalued if you ask me.

Ultimate symbiosis
Now, the ultimate DEC moon plan will be to issue a product that can only be bought with DEC and boom you have pumping DEC with a mechanism to divert overflowing value to its sister token, $SPS. Such beautiful familic relationship. With Rift Watchers about to be released soon, I won’t be surprised to see this play out.
I also love the fact that SPS won from battles will come in staked, it certainly helps to reduce SPS sell pressure which is healthy for SPS. There are barely 5million Chaos Legion packs to go, it’s been a long time coming and we are gradually seeing the end of it, super cool. I wonder how long the remaining packs will last. SPL players have a thing for rushing packs when the numbers are getting low.
Something sweet about Hive ecosystem is that the rest of the market might be in super bearish mode, but Hive will always brag differently if one is paying attention. Hive and it’s entire ecosystem is going to look so great during the next bull run!!!! I cannot wait.

I like that the SPS are coming staked as well, the less pressure to sell the better for the token. I do see both SPS and DEC looking a lot healthier going forward with the burning of SPS for DEC.
