Last may Cardano launched the Plutus Pioneer Program. It is a program to recruit and train developers in Plutus for the Cardano Ecosystem and learn the building blocks of Plutus and Haskell as listed below.

Some case studies and practical exercises.
They also give certification for those who complete the program.
I have registered on Cardano Testnet. Unfortunately, I missed both the first and second cohort and now waiting for the third batch. While waiting I can already start learning by watching the lectures posted on IOHK youtube channel.
