RE: A day without creating on Hive is a day wasted.

Creativity comes in many ways. Finding what switches us on is the key to unlocking our own creativity.

Like you I find writing very helpful in getting ideas out of my head and onto paper. This the first step for me.

I'm very interested in video making which is a challenge to get ideas from our minds and onto film.

Luckily for me. I enjoy the whole process.

The killer of creativity is the feeling you 'have' to create for an audience. First we must be happy with what we produce.

Finding a happy balance between what turns us on and what will be commercially popular is a skill that we can develop.

Thinking on paper is the best!

Luckily for I enjoy the whole process.

By trying to create every day, Sometimes I put too much pressure on myself. Once I developed a habit of creating daily with Hive, I tend to enjoy the process.

Yep I've done the same with daily posts and even daily video uploads at one time for months and even years.

An unending treadmill of content most of which is crap.

It can become counter productive if we try to push out stuff just for the sake of so called 'consistency'?

The quality suffers as we plough ahead rather than think about what we truly want to express and talk about.

I'll be doing a video soon about this whole consistency concept that I have discovered.

Spoiler alert. It's not needed at all. Depending on what we are aiming to achieve of course.
Burn out is real. 👍
