Not sure what you mean about the MMs and sacrificing yield on SURGE liquidity - Can you clarify?
Sure. Doesn't a true MM provide liquidity on the buy and sell side both?
Any SURGE sell orders made by the MM bot would not be tagged for yield since those SURGE up for sale would not be in the MM wallet.
