I am kind of going in reverse order from his oldest to newest videos, but do yourself a favor and check some out. He is really a great teacher and fun!
Now I just have to try getting around to actually cooking some of his recipes instead of just watching!

I would love to see them when you try. There a lot of recipes I have bookmarked and will explore creating them.
Yeah. I never have time for cooking, but his meatloaf is going to be the first recipe that I try whenever I get time.
Ground beef, pork, veal, ham, salami, carrots and onions all in a glazed bacon-wrapped loaf.
