A few days ago i cast a silver space ship and i was not too happy with it so i decided to melt it and try again, this time i managed to record everything for this youtube video.
The model i printed was too big for my metal flask so i made a wooden casting flask which worked out pretty well but it wont last forever, the impression left by the mould will be filled with molten silver.
You can see the small details which you get when the petrobond is compressed nice and tight.
the model weighs 112 grams or 3.6 ozt, i have seen ones made from bronze on etsy for around £250 but if i ever sell this i would value it around £150 as it is a very cool piece. Enjoy the video and if you wanna be really kind subscribe for new content daily.

Quite enjoyable to watch, @monsterjamgold!
Congrats!!!
I never get tired of watching you pour that molten silver from the crucible into the mold. It's a beautiful thing! This piece came out awesome and I bet you'll have no problems selling it either! Good Luck 😁
Dude this is an item for me and next item for myself will be a silver star gate itself. I did have a look if anyone was selling anything similar and there is a bronze one on etsy for £250 which i was shocked at.
Oh I see .. GOOD choice to keep that for yourself. It really is unique and well crafted too 😁
