It appears you are only paying drip to the top 30 staked drip holders, not sure why this is the case. Can you please clarify, also the discord link is invalid

Our staking rewards account wasn't powered up enough so ran out of Resource Credits. We've since manually sent those payouts and fully powered up so we won't have that issue again. Cheers!
