Today I'll show you how to buy COLONY and SCRIPT tokens. These are essential tokens for playing Arcade Colony games.
To buy COLONY and SCRIPT, you have three options: Hive Engine, Tribaldex and Beeswap.
I personally like buying the tokens and managing my Liquidity Pools on Tribaldex, but let's take a look at the price of these tokens in each of these options.
Hive Engine
You can find COLONY on Hive Engine for 0.0008 Swap.Hive, but the available quantity is very small, so if you want larger quantities, you'll pay a higher price.
You can find SCRIPT on Hive Engine for 4 Swap.Hive, and again, there's the problem of having a small quantity available.
In my opinion, Hive Engine is the worst option for acquiring COLONY and SCRIPT.
Tribaldex
You can find COLONY on Tribaldex for 0.00076 Swap.Hive, and you won't have any problems getting large amounts of COLONY at that price.
You can find SCRIPT on Tribaldex for 1.50 Swap.Hive, and you won't have any problems getting large amounts of SCRIPT at that price.
Beeswap
You can find COLONY on Beeswap for 0.00077 Swap.Hive, and you won't have any problems getting large amounts of COLONY at that price.
You can find SCRIPT on Beeswap for 1.51 Swap.Hive, and you won't have any problems getting large amounts of SCRIPT at that price.
Tribaldex is still the best option in my opinion, but always keep an eye on it and Beeswap to see which one has the best token price.
After purchasing COLONY or SCRIPT, you'll need to transfer them to Arcade Colony.
On the Arcade Colony website, click on the COLONY or SCRIPT token in the top corner of the screen. I'll use the SCRIPT token as an example, but the COLONY token works the same way.
After being transferred to this page, just choose the Transfer option, then select Hive Engine and the amount you want to transfer to your Arcade Colony account.
For those unfamiliar with Arcade Colony, it's owned by Invennium Corp. Arcade Colony is a platform for arcades and video games with a functional economy based on a governance token, "COLONY", and a product-backed stablecoin called "SCRIPT".
Invennium Corp. is a 100% subsidiary of Splinterlands.
There are currently four games on Arcade Colony: Splinterlands, Moon Karts, StakeHouse Den and Genesis League Goals.
