Right now they have driven the last remaining non-whale players out of modern and it is nothing more than Defi pool as you mentioned. So I think the only easy money they will get is from a few whales, who else is buying?
From the Devs perspective which I need to keep reminding myself to look from, it has been hugely successful couple of years, but it has been at the expense of their community. (ie there isnt one anymore)
If Bitcoin doubles from here this cycle, where will the new whales put their cash? Here or something new and shiney?
