Hello!
I have been using Leodex for many years for Swap.HIVE.
And deposits have always been quite fast, typically taking no more than 10 minutes.
However, this time, I deposited 80 HIVE to get Swap.Hive, and it seems to be stuck or not showing up in my wallet over an hours.

Additionally, the LeoDEX community on Discord doesn't seem to be working, as the link is broken, so I don't know where to report about the issue. Consequently, I have no idea what to do or how to retrieve my money or have it deposited into my wallet.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could kindly assist me?
Thanks

I sent a message to the INLEO Discord channel; the link can be found here: https://discord.gg/YTHbETHukk.
Within just a couple of days, my issue was promptly resolved, and I received a refund.
I want to say thank you to the Leo team for helping me, and I hope this information can be helpful to others.

Which site did you use to convert Hive to Swap.Hive, https://beeswap.dcity.io/convert or https://uswap.app/ or https://tribaldex.com/wallet/? Just sending Hive to the @leodex account won´t work I guess. The site needs to have the required liquidity (in this case the 80 Swap.Hive), you need to check this in advance.
Many automated swaps are set up so that the transaction on the blockchain triggers the swap. Using the transaction to trigger the swap is both more secure and allows for people to automate swaps.
I suspect that the author is referring to the "deposit" and "withdraw" buttons LeoDex.io .
https://leodex.io/wallet
That is where I lost my money.
PS: I thought that tribaldex used honey-swap. Honey-swap charges more. They have better liquidity than leodex .
Right, but there needs to be more checks in the background prior to the transaction than that, e.g. where come the transaction fees into play? The deposit/withdrawal is not for free.
@leodex has been down for about two weeks. Their discord server is down. So, my guess is that the service is down for the duration.
Someone is manually executing transactions. If you know the right person on the @leofinance team; you can get your money back.
This page shows the money sent to #leodex on the #hive-engine side of things:

This page shows the transactions sent to @leodex from the HIVE side:

I am an outsider. So, I figure the funds I sent to @leodex is gone. You might be able to find the person who is manually sending the transactions.
If not, perhaps a joke will cheer you up:
