No medium is not available in Pakistan however you still can join it in Pakistan if you get a UK based company which is sold on the internet and use that company information to create a stripe account then you can connect that to your medium account.
It is not a risky procedure because you can use that UK company that you purchased for doing Amazon Wholesale from Pakistan as many Pakistani Amazon Wholesale dealers go through the same process so your money will not be wasted.
