It certainly can but it just depends on the time frame. My price estimate for this bull run is between $0.15 and $0.25.
It has a lot of resistance to get past $0.10 but there are going to be a lot of people sorry that they didn't at least have some DOGE.
$1 would still be in play but in my opinion Bitcoin will have to be well beyond $100,000 for that to happen.
