Will Joe Biden affect Bitcoin?

No, he can't affect Bitcoin as he's not the architect of it. He can only affect the evolution of it in the US.

Biden at the worst can only stifle its adoption in the U.S which will only be at their detriment as the world is adopting it and advancing. He better be careful with that one.
