HiveFix is a daily content that contains collection of community members feedbacks regarding how Hive ecosystem can be improved from the inside like Governance, DAO, Systems, Features, Mindset, Culture...etc
Assume you’re the largest stakeholder of Hive and summarise the things that our Hive need to fix from the inside and leave as comment below this post. I’ll take screenshot of your comment and add to daily HiveFix blog, so every other stakeholder can see it transparently. One screenshot per one account, so if you have new feedbacks or amend the current feedback then you will have to update your old comment of HiveFix and leave a comment again.
My main focus on Hive is developing global Hive community that can last for 100 years and carrying on what I left with DtubeFamily777 community. Spent most of my energy on Twitter with our community driven Hive Marketing (Please see my pin Tweet for daily updates) and I've unfinished business with our collective Steem Seven77 Twitter movement. I’m a Hive Witness. My third DAO proposal is coming soon after non funded last two. Host of monthly virtual hive community meet-up that due start on 1st May with Clubhouse.

I've been thinking about this myself a lot. This tweet by Andrew Wilkison really put it into perspective for me. Because like him I think we have an amazing product, but terrible marketing. Twitter is a big part of that, and does give us the grassroots advantage with so many people shilling Hive, yourself being a big part of that! But i think we also need a professional marketing approach, as well as grassroots action!
I also hate to say it, but the Hive name is far too common, and I often find people I tell about it get lost looking for it. Which is why I just started calling it Peakd, since it's the only "Peak D" out there.
Other than that, some fixes I see we need, is a better sign up. Hive.io's sign up is terrible! So many people I send there, never make it past all the sign up options. Peakd's sign in is a lot better, but should have a back up option for people who's phone number isn't working. I had a few ppl make accounts and loose the passwords, then had to use someone else's phone to make a new account because theirs was already registered. If we could give them the option to switch to email verification in simple drop down menu, rather than the confusing page of Hive.io, that would be a good work around.
Search bar on Hive.io is useless. We shouldn't be relying on going to google to search for Hive posts. This is embarrassing! Peakd's search bar could use some improvements as well, like search filters.
Something I miss from Steemit, is the tags stats page. I see a lot of newbies using tags no one searches for, then get no likes, and leave! Only thing saving it is helpful community members that educate them on what works, but this needs to be made more intuitive. Maybe it was taken away for a reason, but it needs some form of replacement.
The curation and author reward history on Hive.io has been broken for a while! Please fix!
Peakd also has a suggested followers page, but it's broke as well.

I raised with the developer of HiveSearcher.com months ago. People who behind Hive.Blog needs to implement this feature.
Because our community feedback gets ignored. That's why HiveFix is important.

I think we're on the way !!
I also believe that some languages are poorly rewarded here. An example is Portuguese, although English is a language that many countries share, in Brazil, many people don't speak fluent or write in English.
Of course we have very few investors in fact, but I believe that if there were attention to different languages, it would be interesting for Hive's growth in favor of its nature.

This is a great initiative which can forward people's in front of the community. The best part is, anyone from the community can help us solve the problem and we can collectively give incentives to the problem solver.

Ok, here I have two ideas that could possibly become a proposal, I was planning to write some text, but today when I uploaded one video to 3speak I spotted yours about HiveFix ...
1. Witness Voting - In order for the community to be more involved in the governance of HIVE, all users should have a limited voting time for witnesses ... for example, one year/half year when you vote for 30 witnesses and after that period those votes are canceled ... and then you have to vote again ... this should be integrated into the system ... I just find it more active for users to governance and witnesses to compete more for our votes ... as in elections
2. Communities - when you join a community you should automatically give community for each post some share of your earnings, there, somewhere between 5-15%. Now, this is resolved on a voluntary basis, you can give a benefit to the community or not. All interfaces have this - Hive.Blog, Ecency, Peakd. I think this should be automatic and obvious, so communities would get funding for various campaigns, contests, etc ... well this seems to me to improve Hive.
Of course, this is for discussion, just my perspective 😎 what do you think?
Witness voting decay is gonna get implemented with HF25
Tokenising communities is making token stakeholders and Price appreciation (Increase) is the solution. Definitely there many different strategies.

To be honest I still feel like this crazy way of trying to stable the HBD by injecting money into the DOA is kind of weird and off putting. I'd rather instead vote on a coding fix that solves HBD once and for all and does make it a stable coin. Not simply throwing money at the exchange and pumping funds into DOA. As we can clearly see it's having little or no effect of really pushing HBD to $1 and keeping it stable so lets move forward with something honestly constructive instead of these funding stabilizer posts. I'm sure I've gotten some hate from the devs for voicing this but whatever apparently I'm not the only one that thinks it either.
I also believe that devs should be required to post weekly updates of some sort. What they are working on, what's been done and we can upvote those posts as "payment" as well for the work they are doing. I just don't like how the DOA is being treated at the moment. It feels like a random ATM machine getting abused more and more.

It's really interesting to see you with such kind of initiatives. you ideas are always creative and I love you for such kind of new ideas. leo finance is growing with hive. as you have mentioned that you have done a lot for steem and now we can see what you're doing for hive specially in twitter. We Shall able to do better for this ecosystem and we are really proud and happy to get such kind of leader for promoting hive. I have some criticism which i shall share later in my comment, not now.
