HiveFix is trying to collect our global community member's ideas, solutions, strategies, feedbacks regarding how Hive ecosystem can be improved from the inside like Governance, DAO, Systems, Features, Mindset, Culture...etc.
Assume you’re the largest stakeholder of Hive and think about ideas/feedbacks regarding why/what/how Hive can fix itself from the inside and write a post/s using #HiveFix tag whenever/however you want. I’ll be doing a $HIVE Giveaway on the first of every month starting from 1st May to collect HiveFix summary from our community via Twitter.
Most of my energy focused on Twitter with our community driven Hive Marketing called HiveShill (Twitter) and carrying on what I left with our collective Steem Seven77 Twitter movement. My third DAO proposal is coming soon regarding this.
My vision is to develop global Hive community that can last for 100 years and carrying on what I left with building DtubeFamily777 community. Hosting monthly virtual meet-up with Crypto5000 Club from 1st May with Clubhouse.

cheaper wallets ( maybe suffix prefix ones), so daps can onboard everyone they want ( they need rc anyway, makes no sense to have expensive wallets),
it must be only expensive enough to prevent name squatting and spam.
0,1 Hive is IMO enough. If hive is 5$ that would be 0,50$ ( is also expensive but less than the 15$. ( it would also burn a lot of hive in a longrun)
More marketing and more funding in DAO from medium/low cost proposals.
But that idea is one, nobody cares and I don't know why. Would be the x-factor in a bull run.
HBD into DAI version for a stable coin + huge lock ups for hive to generate hive DAI $. Would also increase demand for basic token.
I have some other ideas, but I don't want to write a wall of text.
Maybe we should start a hive thinktank. Would be longterm also cool.

That is really great sir you are really doing great here, if I have a good amount of hive power then I will sure help the @indiaunited community members , I really feel bad when many of the users make great content but didn't get what they are worth of.
I know that not every single post can be seen here but there can be things that has to be done here and improve the #hive and make this is really a better place

Yes indeed sir , they are helpful but the HP is not that much to help all the user 😐
I don't think that they run witness node. Yes there is one person name as @bobinson he is a witness from indiaunited. I am not well aware of all the things but he is a witness .

There are lots of areas where we can improve. If I had a massive stake I would be looking to delegate to trusted people who curate communities that show strong prospects for growth, i.e. not the unfocused ones that are just about fishing for rewards. We need rewards going to creative people who create the content that will bring in the masses. If they see those earning well it will help.
A lot of big accounts (by no means all) tend to support their friends and maybe a small set of other people. We all know of accounts that can guarantee a big vote every time from a silent whale, but it can be hard to know their motives. Spreading the rewards wider is better in my opinion. Rewards need to be earned, not taken for granted.
Those who do good marketing on other platforms should be encouraged, yourself included.

If I had a big stake, of course Ill support the minnows who wants to grind on HIVE, if they reinvest their rewards to also stake it for the future - Id say im supporting them BIGTIME.

Decaying witness votes is the most urgent upgrade Hive needs. This could solve every technical issue Hive might have right now.
