It's definitely possible to analyze how they rate the system to maximize results. If one got enough people involved it would be easy enough to multiply our impressions through likes and shares.
It would need to be incentivized but if properly organized could make a real gain on the site. Especially if it was organized around an big event like an exchange listing, new app releasing or price getting a big gain anyway.
