Hello everyone how are you all, I hope you all are doing wonderfully well today I made a sumptuous meal with my leftover stew and I also made salad which I use avocado pear as my salad cream
I made this meal for my family we ate for breakfast this meal can always serve for lunch and also for dinner I love eating jellof rice with something that is very I made with my salad.
Rice is a popular meal here and can be cook in so many ways. we also grow rice here in Nigeria.
INGREDIENTS USED
3 cups of rice
1 medium Onion
Salt to taste
2 spoons of fried stew
1/2 cabbage
3 pices of carrots
1 avocado pear
1/2 tablespoon of dry pepper
Water.
Note that my stew is made with vegan products.
PROCEDURE
I will explain step by step.
STEP 1
I will first parboil my rice by putting into my pot add water and cook and after some minutes I will now wash.
STEP 2
I will now pour my stew into my pot.
I will also wash and slice my onions and put and I will put my pepper, salt stir and add water.
STEP 3
I will put my rice and stir very well.
STEP 4
While waiting for my rice to be done I will now move to the next step which is cutting my carrots and my cabbage.
Here my rice is ready.
I will now mix my carrots and my cabbage and now cut my avocado pear.
Here my salad is ready.
Here is the result of my jellof rice and salad .
