When I started my Hive/Leofinance journey exactly two weeks ago, one of the welcoming comments I received said that "I joined at the best time" and I certainly feel that way. Both Hive and LEO have experienced increases in value, but the case of the Leofinace token the increase has been significant, basically in line with the behavior of cryptocurrencies since the end of last year.
I certainly already knew about the Hive phenomenon as a digital currency of payment within a community of authors, but little did I know about the LEO token, in my opinion a real revelation for the right way the community runs this interesting web portal. Unlike Hive Blog itself, the Leofinance community is much more careful with rewards so it is stilted to reward with its token high quality articles and publications on cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital currency markets, these topics that attract so many people in the world for their topical interest.
I think if we take a poll Leofinance is the most important dApp in the whole Hive Blog system and its LEO token the most popular. Also looking at the web portal of Leofinance we realize that its design is much more comfortable and professional, a situation that certainly attracts the masses to read the publications there. But there is another property that makes Leofinance and its LEO token of general interest: limited supply.
Indeed, as there is no possibility to continue issuing tokens indefinitely, they will not lose value as LEOs come to light, this makes it really attractive to the general public and hence the reason why curators are so careful when granting their upvotes, of course, this motivates the community to submit high quality work.
Necessary to highlight the fact that we can introduce ourselves in the ethereum network by means of the wLEO token as part of the range of offerings of this smartcontract in the ERC-20 network, in this way we include our funds in the DeFi world at the time we want. What the future holds for Leofinance and its LEO token is brilliant, I am sure that more interesting financial instruments will come from this brilliant community, maybe getting involved in some Bitcoin DeFi (when they are created), Polkadot or another project? what is certain is that our token will be favored with the grace of the community and its value will continue to rise.
