I'd say very few of them understood even the simple act of asking a question in the comments could have earned them a bit of crypto. That's a bit of a missed opportunity. You'll notice you don't see a sudden influx of low rep noob accounts engaging. Sure, Hive products can allow for their consumers to stumble into various other avenues to explore; or make those roads clear and maintain them then notice the difference almost immediately. The consumer cycle is like a whirlwind. Several open doors leading into the core spreads them all over the place.
