lol i don't think cashing out should be a priority right now because it takes time to build an account (just like every other social platform). Also, curators are mindful of those who basically want to milk the system.
it is a question of value. how much value can you bring?
some buy hives/leo, some earn hive/leo through activities that enrich the community. so if you can add value in no time you will reap the reward of your effort or cashout as you have said.

I agree with you. Of course, this might be a person who really needs the rewards.
Either way, the approach is not the best. We will watch to see if this person is just a "take take take" person.

i just wanted him to understand that if he expects to receive something of value then he should have something worthy of exchange. and as far as I know, that has to be time, dedication, ingenuity, etc
if he really needs the reward he would be driven enough to put in the work. this is what I feel

I agree completely. I gave a couple of upvotes but no more until I see what his/her behavior is.
The idea of us just giving rewards to people to take is asinine.
We, as a community, need to expect something in return.
For too long, we rewarded those before they proved their loyalty to things.
