Twitter cannot be decentralized. Jack is only experimenting with decentralized social media as a plan B, if you ask me, because we all are on that decentralization trajectory. Even Big Tech companies know that they are already trying to find a way around it because it won't be easy this time.

It is going to require a lot of stealth activities and moving things around. We need to keep attacking from many fronts. The more that is open source as well as decentralized, the harder it is to take down any aspect of things.
This is why decentralizing the second layer is equally as important as the base layer. That is a point of vulnerability too.
