Making money has been quite hard these days. Especially securing job in Nigeria. Some factors you mentioned are very true "pretty face and accent like news broadcast job and so on.
I myself see crypto as a solution. Because we all need to survive.

Even marketing, sales, TV jobs, the banking sector and many other sectors would subconsciously set all these as criteria but would never list them as criterias. It's definitely crazy.
