IMHO, realistically, considering how many days payouts are just "skiped", the apy might be 10-12%

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing the other day when I was calculating returns to decide if I was going to power up more Hive to delegate or buy a new computer to mine $XMR on solar power... I bought the computer... LOL.
Ah you might be right, have never actually either calculated so it is 18% to be exact
