    I am going to run the contest soon.

    Offering

        That's what I do already, I do prioritize them. But I do not say "ONLY". Outstanding posts always have its value, even from non-members (#premium)

          10 #HBD is too much for a starting service, imho. Even premium twitter is less than that. I would have started with 10 #LEO per month. I know is not the same, but more people would have participated, I think.
