I will be getting my premium by weekend to make it 120 if my plan goes well.

A premium membership needs to be compulsory for LEO rewards.
It is for rewards from @leo.voter. Not for regular rewards though. That would be unreasonable in my opinion. 😀
A consistent 1000 premium members would be a good start.
