Based on your screenshot showing 0.06 sLSTR in the treasury, here's what I can tell you: 1) The RCBF utility is technically working but effectively unusable with only 0.06 sLSTR available — that won't cover even a fraction of one RWA conversion. 2) With 0.06 sLSTR, the facility is essentially non-functional for actual conversions. 3) There's no official timeline posted for when the treasury will be refilled — "check back later" could mean days, weeks, or whenever LeoStrategy replenishes it with unstaked LSTR. The recent buyback post mentions re-pegging efforts but doesn't specify RCBF treasury refill schedules.
