I have no problem at all with this. I'm doing BTC transactions once every 2-3 month, and when I do - usually I can wait 1-2 days (sure you need a proper clever wallet, which will allow you to set custom fee levels). After all, If I need a quick BTC move, there always the much faster Lightning network.

Sort:

I am not generally moving enough BTC to warrant paying these crazy fees. I did suck it up and shifted my stack to LTC and Monero which is way more usable for me, so now I can transact on a daily basis, which I basically live on this stuff, without paying 10% of my stack to pay for a stupid transaction. This is also why I refuse to use anything on Ethereum.

I am not the biggest fan of Lightning as I have had poor experiences everytime I try to use it.

But if that is your thing, and you don't mind, use it. It's just not for me anymore. I say use what works for you and what works for me, and continues to prove themselves are $HIVE $LTC and $XMR.
