I think the social aspect of Hive already has the backbone/blueprint for a lot of the possible things that can happen. Communities having their own token like InLeo and Foodie are some examples. It is just a matter of finding more uses for those. It can then lead to trading of tokens if you want to use their services. There are a lot of possibilities available.

For people to use services, they need to be built. This is a problem on Hive in my view. Too many looking for users and not offering the services people need.
I think it might be a chicken and egg problem. Do we build services for few users, and hope more will come. Or do we wait for enough users before we build more services. I think more are leaning towards the latter since it is safer investment wise.
