I think it'll be generally foolish for people to this the sole reason is to promote decentralization. In reality Twitter is built to be a centralized app. I don't think this will change.
For this, I can't really say because, I don't know how a decentralized platform like Hive was built, but I am very sure the goal of Hive was known right from plan, but the goal of twitter was strictly a centralize platform i don't really know how they've come with the idea that musk is going furnish it into a decentralized platform, i am sure it's not the easy...
