I've gotten pretty good at recognizing what is garbage, by considering the nature of the headline as you point out. But I had to fall for clickbait a number of times before I snapped out of it far enough to even know there were such tricks afoot. Hopefully, more and more of us will snap out of it.
I follow persons, not headlines. And I listen to my own urges, not someone else's. Pf course, no one would call me an expert in crypto. I don't follow any advice on crypto, and as a result, I have very little. Slowly, I am trying to step up my game there. No hurry. Hurrying causes me to click on click bait.
