Well let's say that the argument is controversial.
Probably if I had a big wallet like the ones you say You and Hive were worth six dollars, I'd take some of it to invest in other things and diversify; however, I think it would really be a small part because at that point continuing to invest in Hive and aiming at the interest that you receive would be very profitable; I also imagine that the whole ecosystem would benefit from it and there are so many activities here
Hive is blogging but not only that, there is gaming, microblogging, even Actifit which works like the classic pedometer apps and who knows how many other things could be developed in the future.
I think you need to be patient, but I'm sure the future holds good things!
