This tradition of the daily regall is beautiful. My wife and I also have a similar one, but as a gift, there is a sweet treat a day on the calendar. Then she, knowing of my passion for lego, gave me the lego advent calendar... a different construction every day! I totally agree on the empowering habits speech!
