It is and I think we are only seeing the first wave of innovation with that technology. I have a feeling we are going to see some pretty cool stuff using NFTs in the next couple years.

Yes. I remember from the from the 1st wave of ICOs, one of the moto's was : Everything should be tokenized. And NFTs move to that direction. 😎
