February 25, 2023 has been slated for the election for the positions of the President of the federal republic of Nigeria and Federal House of assembly. Prior to today, a lot of things have changed since announcement on the ban on old N1,000, N500 and N200 notes to be replaced with new but later on the Presidency lifted ban on the old N200 notes. Currently, there are new redesigned N1,000, N500 and N200 in circulation with the reversed ban on old N200 note which was claimed it's not enough to run our day to day transaction which was one of the reasons why ban on old N200 note was reversed.
The top Gainers vs the top Losers as we found cashless economy in our midst.
Ever since the ban on the old naira notes of N1000, N500 and N200 which has driven is towards cashless economy, human daily or day to day transaction haven't been easy to come by. Remember that's why the ban on old N200 note was lifted, just to see maybe things would become easier. It was a little easier so to say having few cash at currency in circulation.
The Top Gainers.
The top Gainers of this cashless policy are the elite business people and the elite that seem to get exposed to using internet banking; like myself. Before the advent of the introduction of the cashless policy, the elites were always fun of paying for their goods and services via internet banking. So this isn't new to the elite because they have been practicing cashless policy before it's economically introduced.
The Top Losers.
This category of Losers are between the elite and the uneducated business owners; properly they are those who are running a small scale business. The reason why the elite are too losers is that, some of these uneducated small scale business owners don't even have any bank account talk less of thinking to transact by transferring to them. This makes payment of goods and services to become difficult because mostly they believe in cash at hand.
