Yes we have to be balanced to be able to know our limitations. We should not be burdened by responsibility. Only the living and healthy can have goals.
I don't have dealings with poeple who can't see my value. You are loved too and deserve everything good. The stres is much but am managing it. Won't allow it to weigh me down
