At the time of writing, pixeltycoons contains 2 independent base economies.
Agriculture and Magic Guild Tycoons
On this article we will focus on the Agriculture branch, covering the basic aspect about the actual Farming Mechanics, as well as future plans of development.
Key Farming NFTs
Land Parcel 1x1
-Land Parcel 1x1 is a key element that is required to perform certain actions on Pixel Tycoons game. It is a reusable/upgradeable/ingredient item.
- Produces one or more resources per week if conditions are met.
Modest Farmer (or better)
-Farmer is a key element that is required to perform certain actions in Pixel Tycoons game. It is a reusable and upgradeable NFT
Seed Pack (Random
- This mysterious seed has the potential to grow and produce another resource if conditions are met. (This NFT is not a pack)
Water
-Water makes life as we know it possible. Water is a key element used in different operations inside Pixel Tycoons game.
How to farm?
Farming
Farming requires holding of certain NFTs. It also requires that you use/consume certain NFTs.
You place your farming order on Farmer’s Production Room and wait until next Monday to receive your random crop.
Soon there will be a Telegram Bot where you can perform your farming operations and play some games, but until then, all the transactions on this process are manual.
You will need:
Modest Farmer or Better
You will keep the Farmer during your pixeltycoons journey.
He farms Land to grow valuable vegetables and fruits.
Modest Farmer is upgradeable.
Currently there is no Cap on how many Lands can Modest Farmer work every week
Land Parcel 1×1 or Better
You will keep Land Parcel 1×1 on the farming process.
Land will have much more utility than just Agriculture.
Land Parcel 1×1 is upgradeable.
Can produce 1 crop per week.
Seed Pack (Random)
This NFT is consumed in the act of farming.
You have to send this nft to pixeltycoons (wallet address on WAX) to validate your farming entry.
Water
This NFT is consumed in the act of farming.
You have to send this nft to pixeltycoons (wallet address on WAX) to validate your farming entry.
This NFT is a very versatile element that will be part of many Blends to come.
Placing your order
If you own 1 Land Parcel 1x1, you can farm 1 random crop per week. On this case, you would have to:
- send 1 Seed and 1 Water to pixeltycoons (<--wallet address)
- Copy that transaction link and send it on Farmer’s Production Room
- @funkaclau will verify and approve if all conditions are met.
- Wait until Monday to receive your Random Crop (Pack) NFT
- You can open that pack at Nefty Blocks.
What's next?
As you earn your first crops you can:
- Flip them through Quest interaction. Quests are simple short stories that help you learn more about pixeltycoons mechanics and imagunarium. There are instructions on each of them about their requirements and rewards.
Use them to feed your collector, so he can act and farm raw materials. (You need 1 Collector for this. If you hold one, and you are not yet on the Collectors room, please let me know, so I can add you to that room!). This yet another game mechanic / Tycoon that I will cover in another article.
If you play enough, you will be able to gather enough Copper Coins for the Prosperous Farmer Blend which will grant you a Farmers License NFT. That License will allow you to sell crops for Copper Coins directly directly one of the game wallets. This increases greatly the autonomy of the user, and offers another door yo flip and trade NFTs without the need to involve FTs. (More info on pixeltycoons Inner Market soon)
Sustainable Programs
Land Ram
Each will earn 1 Land Parcel 1x1 by buying 10 WAX worth of RAM for pixeltycoons Collection. Limited to 1 per user.
Water and Full Stake
By Staking 10 or 20 WAX into pixeltycoons CPU Power, you may earn NFTs passively under the conditions:
- Have Farmed 1 Crop on the last 2 weeks.
If you met the condition, you will earn 2 Water (if you staked 10 wax) or 2 water + 2 seeds (if you staked 20 WAX)
This will allow you to play and develop on pixeltycoons, increasing your holdings every week, using the mechanics available for you!

Future Plans
For the Agriculture branch, there will be new releases on April. New reward packs with freshly added vegetables will be able to be earned through participation on the game mechanics.
A new Tycoon will be released with a semi-independent economy. I am talking about Bees. And everyone knows that Bees are more important than simply producing a delicious honey :D
Fruit Trees and Bushes will be released around June. This new typ of NFTs are more demanding with their growing requirements, yet they may provide passive NFTs.
